SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Friday, October 4th
The National PTA Reflections Art Program was developed to encourage student participation in the arts. Each year, they choose a theme, and ask students to reflect on that theme to submit art in one of 6 categories: dance choreography, literature, photography, film production, music composition, and visual arts. The theme this year is “Accepting Imperfection”, and the deadline for submissions to Standley is October 4th. Submissions may be turned in online (at the link below) or to the front office. Art is first judged at the school level, and then may be chosen to move up to the district, state, and then eventually the national level competition.
